It covers the setup and roles within a Scrum team, the planning and tracking of work, and key performance indicators. The course details the events that occur during a Scrum iteration and the essential artifacts produced.
Additionally, the course addresses automotive quality requirements as per Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) standards. It highlights key processes, base practices, and required artifacts within ASPICE. The course identifies processes that can be effectively conducted using Agile methodologies and explains the necessary change request and escalation procedures. It also explores how these procedures align with the Scrum backlog and demonstration practices.

Requirements
Software: Chrome browser.
Hardware: Computer with an Internet connection, working speakers, and microphone.
Prior knowledge: Participants should have a full understanding of Agile project management and ASPICE before enrolling in this course.
Ideally, participants should have passed the course “Automotive Quality and Project Management with ASPICE”.
