When we look over these 365 NIT Academy days, there’s only one thing we can say for sure - it’s been a busy year.
During the year, our main goal was to get to know you, hear your needs and try to help you in improving your skills. And you know what? We think we managed to do that quite well.
Conferences- we were there. Webinars- we organized them. Live NITUPs (yes, two of them in two months) - we made them happen.
We might be bragging, but we have a reason to. This year we have certified more than 950 people in various courses. The biggest success is, for sure, our satisfied customers. But, 2022 was a huge year for NIT Academy - not only for our team, but for the army of talented and motivated instructors, and companies who had built their businesses with us. Thank you for making our favorite moments from this year possible, and for being a part of this incredible community.
Over time, we also realized that we like to socialize, so we organized two NITUPs where we had the opportunity to hear and learn new things about the industry we are in.
Thus, the first NITUP was dedicated to autonomous driving and its advantages and disadvantages, while the second one shed light on project management. What sets us apart from others in this matter is the approach we cultivate - listening to what you find interesting and inspiring, and what can be helpful in the industry we all work in.
NITUP is a tool that certainly helps us to get to know each other better, but the main part follows after that - your enrollment in one of our courses.
We have created custom courses by listening to your needs and the needs of your employees. Also, NIT Academy provides exquisite courses and education programs that provide the required know-how to professionals and companies undergoing digital transformation. Our courses are created by highly skilled PhD-level staff with both academic and industry backgrounds. We serve dozens of companies with 1000+ participants on courses each year, by providing certified programs in Programming, Software engineering, Embedded software engineering, Automotive engineering, and System Safety & Functional safety.
We noticed that some of our courses have been particularly popular this year. We would single out Modern C++, Git Gerrit, Automotive Software with AUTOSAR, Advanced Android Programming and Advanced Python Programming.
This year we also had the first group of students who completed the Functional Safety courses held in cooperation with UCSD. Our participants obtained certificates that are very significant in the automotive industry. We are very proud of this partnership and hope that this is the first of many groups certified in this combined effort.
As we mentioned before, we like to hang out with all of you, so naturally we go where everyone goes. For this reason, in 2022 we participated in several conferences both in the country and abroad, where we came up with great new ideas and potential collaborations through lectures and conversations with the participants. One of the speakers at the 8th SEE Automotive Conference was Milan Bjelica Ph.D., CEO of NIT Institute.
Nothing less is planned for 2023 - actually, we plan to attend and organize many more interesting events and course bundles.
To make sure that it's not all about work and discipline, we've also stepped into the creative side. The NIT Academy podcast is a video format in which we try to talk about the seventh art, movies, in a different way. This means that through movies we talk about the industrial potential of achieving something that seems impossible in real life. For example, our instructor Bogdan Pavković talked with the famous YouTuber Steva Đubre about going back to the future. We don’t like spoilers, so you can check out this unique sketch podcast yourself.
And at the end of this self-praise, we would like to thank all of you once again who made our year unforgettable.
We wish you all the best and of course more:
