Course Description:
AI Business Lab is a hands-on program for business owners, non-tech founders, and consultants. After the course you will be able to fully automate your operations using AI. No coding required. While other AI courses teach you concepts and prompting, AI Business Lab teaches you to build systems using vibe coding, which work forever without the recurrent token cost or AI subscriptions! Through a series of comprehensive modules, we address real business problems: slow invoicing, manual scheduling, stock management done by hand, client tracking, and many more. Every module ends with a working automation deployed into your business.
The program covers automations across eight areas: Foundations, client management, invoicing, scheduling, inventory, staff coordination, reporting, and marketing. All built using Google Workspace tools you already have. During the course participants can bring specific process challenges which slow down their businesses, and automate them with the help of a mentor while the course is still running. So we offer a great balance between personalization and structured didactics.
The moment you enroll, you get immediate access to all self-paced pre-recorded sessions. Your live sessions with a PhD-level mentor begin on the scheduled date.

Instead of an exam, you build something real. Design and deploy an automation that solves an actual problem in your business. Something you will keep using after the program ends. Your mentor provides written feedback throughout. You choose the focus. You choose the problem. Your mentor guides you through it. A certificate is issued upon successful completion.
10 hours
Practical mentoring
Have a specific process slowing you down?
Your business. Your bottleneck. Your automation.
A report that takes three hours to build.
An invoicing flow with too many manual steps.
A booking system held together with spreadsheets and goodwill.
From the first live session, bring your specific challenge to your mentor.
Together you identify the bottleneck, design the automation, and build it using the same tools and techniques covered in the program.
Requirements
Software: A Google Workspace subscription (one seat). If you already use Google for your business, you are ready to start.
Hardware: Computer with an internet connection, working speakers, and microphone.
Prior knowledge: No technical or coding experience required. If you can use Gmail and open a spreadsheet, you can do this program.
